Josh Roggenbuck

Josh Roggenbuck has been in agriculture all of his life, finding his passion for plants at a local Christmas tree farm and landscape nursery before earning his Horticulture degree from Michigan State University and operating a greenhouse and garden center with his parents for nine seasons. He currently oversees Midwest sales for Walters Gardens, North America’s leading producer of perennial liner plants, and leads initiatives with retail companies and landscape designers, while residing in Mid Michigan with his wife Sarah and daughters Stella and Hattie.

Jason Bornhorst

Jason is a multi-time State Award-winning Landscape Designer and a veteran of the Landscape and Horticulture industry with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as the President Elect of the Columbus Landscape Association (2024) and having been its Past President (2004). He has also been active with the OGIA as a Board of Director’s member, served on numerous committees, and worked with CTE education as a Lead Judge at OHLO and the State and National FFA/CDE Tests.

James McMaster

James currently fills the role of Head Grower at the Willoway Nurseries’ Hilliard location. He holds an associate’s degree in Horticulture from Kent State University with a focus in Landscape Design. He has been with Willoway Nurseries as a Grower for over four years with over a decade of experience in the Landscape and Horticulture industry. James holds an Ohio Certified Private Pesticide Applicators license as well as an Ohio Certified Fertilizer Applicators license.

More than 1,300 members comprise nursery stock growers, garden center operators, landscape contractors, landscape design and grounds maintenance firms, arborists, students enrolled in landscape and horticulture programs in the state and allied suppliers. The association has represented Ohio’s vital green industry for more than 100 years.
